Subject: [Equest-users] Lighting and Cooling

Hello All,

I have just experienced something funny in one of my models.

I have a building 160,000 sqft and I have just reduced the lighting loads in w/sqft by 50%

As I expected my space heating requirements went up, as the lights are no longer there to add heat.

The very strange thing to me was that my cooling electric consumption actually went up as well.  This makes no sense to me, I completely expected this number to drop considereably.

Any Ideas??

Thank you,

Jason Robinet
