[Equest-users] purchasing steam and chilled water from a provider

Using purchased steam and chilled water is easy.
First: In the water side HVAC tab create chilled water and hot water loops the same way you would if the chiller and boiler were being modeled and then add a "Chilled Water Meter" to your CHW loop and a "Steam Meter" to your HW loop.

second: In the utility and economics tab create a "Chilled Water Meter" and "Steam Meter" with whatever rates you are using.

If a building is purchasing Steam and Chilled water from a service provider and does not have boilers and chillers, then how can we input this info into eQUEST and also the rate of the utility?
