[Equest-users] modifying a shell created in the wizard

I have done substantial customizing of a wizard-created shell to match construction drawings.
For example, I deleted a ceiling to make a vaulted ceiling and completely redid the rooflines in the detailed interface.
Do I need to redefine the thermal zones/spaces now?
The air-side HVAC tab shows the same old roof zone (thermal zone that covers the entire footprint of the house between the wizard-created roof and ceiling) that doesn't exist anymore.
