[Equest-users] about algorithm and numerical models of E-Quest

Yes, eQuest used DOE2 (version 2.2) as the simulation engine.  eQuest is
simply the user interface to make using DOE2 simulation engine more
pleasant.  eQuest uses the most up to date and advanced version of DOE2.
