Just for the purpose of generating your baseline model change all the Zone
types of your unconditioned spaces and plenum spaces to conditioned spaces.
Next generate your baseline model and then switch the spaces back.  You can
do this on the Air Side HVAC -Basic specifications-Spread sheet under zone
type.  It takes just a minute or two for the work around.  This works until
they perfect the patch.
