[Equest-users] Warning & Caution Messages

I am trying to model a large building in order to try out plant options (thermal storage, load management, etc.).  The model has produced a lot of Warning and Caution messages and questionable results.  
Go to http://bepan.info/projequest/p6-office-plant to download the eQUEST input files.
Can anyone help me fix it?  Some of the other eQUEST models in the website also produce Warning and Caution messages but the results look okay.
