To rotate any building in the model, simply click on your component tree and
click on "Building Data". Here you can change the Azimuth of the building,
which will rotate everything in it by the number of degrees that you enter.

The weather change requires more work. First you need to have the weather
file you want to use downloaded already. To check go to My Documents -
eQuest 3.64 Data - Weather - and then look in the next few folders for the
city that you want. If you cannot find it, a simple way of getting it is
starting a new equest model and in the wizard locate the city you want. No
need to change anything else in the wizard, run the model results and let
the program find the file for you. Go back to the Weater folder and write
down the location of the file and its name, ie mine is for Rochester NY, so
TMY2/ROCHESNY.bin

Next in your working model, go to the component tree, double click on the
"Project: xxxx" and on the first tab and change the weater file name to what
you wrote down before. it will come up with a screen that says something
changed. Just select no and be on your merry way!

Hope this helps!
