[Equest-users] Savings by Design Title 24 preliminary report

Hello,  any of you California eQuester's or others can give me suggestion on this Savings by Design Compliance error:

               Division by zero evaluating rule: calculate return fan power.

I have tried many things and am running out of hair to pull out,
