Subject: [Equest-users] Increase in energy with reduction in U-value?
Hi everyone,

I can't understand how a decrease in U-value for the wall and roof of
building can lead to increased energy consumption.
Has anyone come across this phenomenon in eQuest? Or can anyone offer an
explanation how this is possible.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Cheers,
Kishan

Dear Kishan,

Only thing that I can think of is that whether you are changing the thermal
capacities of material together with the U-values which in turn might effect
on the results in a dynamic regime.
