[Equest-users] 100% DOAS w/HRV; No Cooling, Baseboard Heating Only

Good afternoon,

 

I am working on a model of a school that will likely be 100% DOAS, no cooling and electric baseboard heating.  I used the schematic design wizard to begin the model and there were options for a building that had no cooling, zone ventilation and baseboard heating only.  When the model was built, the system type was Unit Ventilator (UVT).  This is good but I would now like to see the impact of adding an HRV.

 

I used choose an Induction Unit for a system type which allows HRVs, but keep getting an error that I have no primary equipment attached to the CHW loop.  Is there a way to get a chiller on there with a capacity of 0 or another way to get this error to go away?  Is there a better way to model this system in eQuest?
