[Equest-users] energy charge schedule in equest

Hi
I read lots of post previously  regarding creating custom utility schedules
but couldnt get a clear understanding.
 I am still not able to figure out how to create the energy charge schedule
in energy/demand tab for utility in equest.
for eg : If i create a day schedule of type:flag (based on what I saw in
library) i get error message that it is not compatible.

I want to create a summer and winter schedule for SFO based on PG&E rates.
Any guidance will be very helpful
