[Equest-users] Heating Load in Summers and Cooling Load in Winters

Hello All -

The issue I have with my eQuest model seems to be common. My building has
heating load in summers and cooling load in winters. I checked the archives
and found that several people had this issue, but found no solution.

I attached a copy of .inp and .pd2 files. Any input would be great!!
