[Equest-users] Existing systems without cooling coil control valves

I am modeling some existing air handling units that do not have cooling coil control valves.  They are multi-zone type units.  The options that Equest gives are two-way or three-way valves.  Is there a means of removing the valves altogether?  I believe in effect what is happening is that the cooling coils are most times overcooling the air, so to compensate I have plugged in 50 degrees for the leaving coil air temperature.
