Like Rob said, for system changes, especially the one you want to do,
the best way is usually to have a whole other model for that system.
What you can do if you like the Parametric Run reports and want to
compare the systems that way, you can create a parametric run in your
first model and then check the box that says Run Based On Separate
Building Description, click on the ... button, and select the .inp file
for the GSHP model. That way it will run them both and you can look at
the parametric run results to compare the two.

For my models, when i need to make extensive changes, such as what you
describe, i create a second model and make my changes in that.
Parametric runs are very well for making small changes, or several small
changes, however they are not good at making a system changes.
once out of the Detailed Wizard and into Detailed Input mode, simply
double click on the system you want to change and on the system type
pull down menu, click on Water Loop HP. Then follow the instructions in
the archives for GSHP, as i have not yet modeled that system.
