[Equest-users] Proposed Building Design vs Baseline Building Design

Hi everyone I have a huge doubt refer to the follow:

 

when I model a baseline building design shall I uses the values proposed by
ASHRAE 90.1 – 2010 in appendix G, table G3.1? and when I model a proposed
Building design I must model the building according with BOD’s and design
docs sending by my client?

 

Thanks in advance for any guidance with this issue.
