There's a Paris weather file at http://apps1.eere.energy.gov/buildings/energyplus/cfm/weather_data3.cfm/region=6_europe_wmo_region_6/country=FRA/cname=France

It's in Energy Plus format, but there is a conversion package at http://doe2.com/index_Wth.html called "eQ_WthProc" that converts EPW format to BIN format.

Does anyone have European weather file in the eQUEST's bin format they can email me? Especially I need the Paris, France weather file.
