If the Basement is not conditioned it shouldn't be counted. If it is
conditioned, it should be. For general cases where basement is a parking,
the number of floors should be 5.

I have 5 floors above grade and 1 basement floor. For App G, is this counted
as 5 floors or 6 floors? The glossary mentions that storey is above grade
floors. I would expect storey and floors to mean the same but one never
knows what App G expects.
