[Equest-users] Demand charge & 25% Process Cost rule.

Hi, everyone:

If there is a project with demand charge, how should we deal with the rule of 25% process cost.

Assume one building annual cost like below:

total demand cost(by $/kw)=1$

total energy cost  (by $/kwh) =3$

SUM                                                    = 4$

How much dollar this building need to pay for the process cost when this building comply with the 25% rule?
