[Equest-users] Load unmet hours

Dear Folks

I am running an multistorey two bedroom apartment house, I considered two bedroom in each unit (Flat) as air-conditioned, I had separated conditioned and non-conditioned into two separate zones and arrived at an overall tonnage of about 120. When i tried to check the Load unmet hours in the detailed report for conditioned zone it shows some x hours as unmet, then i increased the tonnage so that i can get into an stage where there will not have any unmet hours but even i increased the total tonnage the results shows the same amount of unmet hours. Can any one help me out on this, I had attached the eQuest file for your reference. Thanks a lot in advance.
