[Equest-users] Regarding installation of Doe2.1

Where did you get the install version of DOE-2.1E ? (you can reply by 
e-mail if necessary :-)).
I've never had this problem, and I've been running DOE-2.1E on Window 7 
64-bit for at least two years.
