Hi all,

I am having a problem with "loads not met hours" in a heating only building.

I just reduced the space temperature setpoint from 70 to 68, and the 
loads not met hour went from 1576 to 1599 hours.

The building peak loads as calculated by the program are well within the 
capacity of the system I specified (also accounting for outside air.)

Anyone run into this?
