I haven’t submitted an eQuest model to USGBC yet, but from the archives I found that you need to submit LV-H, LV-I & SV-A reports in addition to BEPS, BEPU AND ES-D. See the yellow highlighted text in the attachment.

These are report names you need to print to PDF from detailed simulation results.
