Create a new glass type and select from the equest library, Double
Clr/Tint, Entry 2003 ( double 6mm clear, air gap). When you define
the window, use Insulated spacer, and define the frame conductance
based on the conductivity of wood. I assumed a 3" thick frame (from
outside to first glass pane). I entered the contuctance for White
Pine, 3" thick = 0.374. I made the frame 3" wide. That's is a
fairly close approximation. You could create the exact frame and
glass layers in Therm, then define the window in Window, importing
the frame information from Therm. Or you could play with the
sensitivity of the frame conductance to determine the relative on the
overall window performance.
