[Equest-users] How to model a building with different sized floors?

Consider the 2 level in that 2nd level make the factory space  open to below and consider the other space office .

Hello people,

I am modeling a factory on eQUEST.

However, the factory is supposed to be one story tall except for the offices which is two stories tall.

How can I model a building with different amount of floors depending on the area?
