Hello,

I’m having an issue with my baseline model for a LEED project. It is a
multifamily building using one boiler loop for the residential units and
another boiler loop for the corridors and amenity spaces. The main
corridor boiler is coming out around 45,000 kBtu/hr, which seems
ridiculously high. Can anyone help me out here please? My files are
attached.

Thank you
