[Equest-users] Hourly Report Block is crashing program

I have noticed the same issue during the report creation process, not the subsequent calculation phase.  The only way I was able to get around it was to create the report in the .inp file (copy some of the default hourly reports and change the names in a text editor) then fine tune the selections and report blocks in the eQUEST GUI.

 

Always make a copy of the files before making changes…

Lee,

 

eQuest will crash if you have to many data points being run in an hourly report. Try pulling less data points.

Hello All,

 

I am working on an equest model of a large office building.  I am trying to run various hourly reports but the program keeps crashing.

 

Every time I try to create a new Hourly Report Block, equest crashes and locks up my computer.  The only way to keep modeling is to reboot my computer.  I’ve tried this on several computers, all with the same results.

 

Any advice?
