[Equest-users] please help me out with UNMET HOURS

Hello all,

I am Arpan and currently I am trying to use E-Quest for my masters degree
thesis, I am having some queries regarding UNMET HOURS:

#1 Can you please explain me the concept of UNMET hours?
#2 I think a lower value of "HOURS ANY ZONE ABOVE COOLING THROTTLING RANGE"
is more acceptable? if the value is high , then where does the fault lies?
