[Equest-users] Dummy Zone & DOAS with heat wheel recovery

I always end up adding the DOAS stuff proportionately to the respective
systems. It is too much headache to deal with the dummy zone. That is why I
suggested in the wish list email that the developers should do away with
the dummy zone and write a simple parent OA system with the child AHU's -
seems more straight forward and realistic.
