Hi Yusuf / eQuest users,
First I'd like to thank you for making me feel that im not alone in this
situation.
You've mentioned whole building simulation method, is that the same
as Performance Rating Method (90.1 Appendix-G)?
With performance rating method, Section G.1.1 says all mandatories should
still be met.
