[Equest-users] LEED v3 and Weather Data

The zip file contains the weather processor that can extract of the 
data from the weather file.  It can also be used to change data in 
the weather file.  See the DOE2.2 Vol. 3, Topics manual, the last 
section is "Weather".

There are a number of .bat files, utility scripts, for processing the 
weather data.

LSTABIN.BAT lists all 8760 hours of data in the file to a text 
file.  It contains the monthly and annual summaries as well.  This 
file side steps having to import the raw text data into an excel spreadsheet.
