The ENERGY STAR Multifamily High Rise Program Simulation Guidelines are
great, and are referenced in the LEED for Homes Multifamily program. The
only problem is that there are multiple versions/editions of the standards
floating around out there on the interwebs. I think this is the latest and
greatest, but I can't confirm.

Subject: [Equest-users] Energy Modeling for Residential LEED Projects
Dear All,
Is there a document / guideline somewhere that includes tips on how to do
residential energy modeling? I find that the LEED reference guide and the
ASHRAE standard are not dealing sufficiently with how to model lighting,
natural ventilation, plug loads etc. in multifamily residential buildings.
Thank you,
Omer Moltay, LEED AP BD+C, BREEAM Assessor MimtaSolar Hekimsuyu Cad. 559.
