You can select Radiant Slab as an HVAC system, the only problem is that you can't put in OA or pair it up with any other Air-Side system. Currently the best bypass is to use the Air-Side system that serves the Radiant Slab and then select Baseboard Heating using the inputs you would use for a Radiant Slab (EWT, LWT, etc...). It's also advisable to run the space using the Radiant Slab only system to see the performance and then tweeking the Baseboard inputs to mimic this performance.
Hopefully, Radiant Slab will become an add on system like Baseboard Heating in the next version. Until then this seems to work well enough.
