[Equest-users] INP sentance puzzle at SPACE block.

Hi, everyone:

When I try to understand the SPACE description of INP, the below
sentence puzzled me :

"EL1 East Perim Spc (G.E2)" = SPACE           

   ...  (Omission) 

   C-SUB-SRC-BTUH   = ( 0, 0, 0 )

   C-SUB-SRC-KW     = ( 0, 0, 0 )

   C-ACTIVITY-DESC  = *Lobby (Reception/Waiting)*

  ..

I try may ways to understand the above sentence, Help files didn't have
these description too.

Anyone can kindly make some note?
