[Equest-users] LEED results way out of bounds

Andy,
Here's my 2 cents:

1. - You might want to specify some outdoor air - for ventilation. If it's a new building - use ASHRAE 62 levels at a minimum - if the design team is not supplying this - encourage them very strongly to do so.

2. Hours out of bounds could be for a number of reasons. The most common three are:

a. Cycling of fans - make sure your fans are allowed to cycle off hour (specified under night cycle control).

b. Fans aren't scheduled when cooling/heating is scheduled

c. System capacity is inadequate.

What type of system are you using?

All:
What might be the cause for the following?:

1. Warning "System has no outdoor air for calculation"

2. Exported LEED results show between 1187 and 5277 hours (depending on the orientation and whether the run is baseline or proposed) of loads not met.

A little help, please?
