[Equest-users] WSHP(Heating HW loop has zero design flow) vs PVVT, PSZ, etc

To be more specific regarding Brian's advice, the choice of the condenser
water loop is made under Air-Side HVAC > System > Cooling > Condenser >
CONDENSER-TYPE.

It's a little counter-intuitive for a heating system like a WSHP to assign
this under the Cooling tab..
