[Equest-users] Weather Data Files

Christina, you will have to reformat the CSV to 
the text file format required to convert from 
text to .BIN using the equest weather processor.

I use an Excel workbook.  One sheet has the raw 
CSV data and another sheet converts it to 
Imperial and formats to the text format required by equest.
