Uday,


As far my limited knowledge goes, I don't know (or doubt!!??) if you can
really model through the effectiveness on wet-bulb depression!! But you can
control the Outside air and limit to enthalpy which might indirectly
control your OA flow as well as effective. Select the system type as VAV
and you've the preconditioner tab where you can put Add-On Evaporative
cooling. I would open up the *.inp file and modify that.

Here is the part of the eQuest help -
EVAP-CL-AIR

Fraction of the design supply air flow that passes through the evaporative
cooler for add-on units. Among other things, it is used to size the
evaporative cooler.

Hope more experienced folks would jump in to help you. There are my two
cents!!
