[Equest-users] Schedule flags

The wizard has a great tool for defining time-of-use rates. Even if I am in the detailed interface on a project, I will start a new project, create the TOU rate in the wizard, then file import that bit of the .inp file into my original model.

Dear all,

I am trying to include the cost for electricity and gas in my eQUEST  
model. I have "on-peak", "off-peak" and "normal use" values for summer  
and winter during each day for electricity and one price for gas. How  
do I set the schedule flags? Is it the time when the price changes or  
is it the cost per unit?
