[Equest-users] Residential house in SD Wizard

Hi all,

In Schematic Design Wizard,   Can I use "Multifamily, low rise(Exterior entries)" for building type... and change the Square footage to 2000 sq.ft.    Would that work in modelling a detached house or Not recommended?

If Not What would you recommend for a novice user?
