Dear Friends,

 

Thank you all for your support and suggestions.

 

I found out that the problem was in file location & path.

 

Later on I also found out the guidelines how to convert .epw files to.bin
and enclosing herewith for all eQuest users reference. Hope it will be
helpful. . .

In Windows 7  eQuest  by default places data folder and projects folder in
public documents. so the correct path for the .epw file to be converted and
extracted to .bin should point to C:\Users\Public\Documents\eQUEST 3-64
Data\Weather. 


Please Note:  post the solution once you solve a problem it will help
other's from repeating the same question.
