[Equest-users] unmet heating hours, ? simultaneous heating/cooling

All:

I could sure use some of the expertise among the equest users. . . .

Attached are the .inp & .pd2 files for the project.  I have researched the Archives, and have tried numerous "fixes" however, I still have unmet heating hours, and my chiller seems to be operating year round and all night long, giving the impression I am getting simultaneous heating/cooling in the building.  It is Wyoming, however. . . . .  and we definitely don't cool year round.
