Hi Santiago:
You are catching the US group on their weekend. But i will see if iI can help.
As far as I know, either in Wizard EEM or Detail Edit EEM, eQuest does NOT LIKE any SYSTEM-TYPE change or any EQUIPMENT-TYPE change. Therefore, you cannot change a 4-pipe fan coil to a water source heat pump, nor an electric chiller to a gas chiller within the same run.
THAT BEING SAID, here is what you can do..
Copy your run and rename it (say EEM-1 NEW SYSTEM). Then, when you want to run this as an EEM run, when you are in the parametric screen (DETAIL EDIT), you need to check off the "Run based on separate building description", and call up your new modified model. THEN, when you run the parametric run, you will get the new run invoked as a EEM compared to the previous run.
Give this a try and good luck.

Hello, i got another problem with the eQUEST energy efficiency measures, my model is a hospital and I'm trying to change the all HVAC systems, so I choose WHOLE SITE BUILDING option, and create another hvac system
when i try to change the zone group to the new hvac system (screen 14) an error occurs and displays a warning screen that says the program stopped working correctly and equest close
