Mike,
Check the settings for the Hot Water Loop. Maybe the dT is incorrect. Also, maybe you are using Secondary Sizing on the loop with very little load attached? See if the problem goes away when you autosize the boiler.

I am encountering Boiler errors in my sim runs that I cannot make sense of:
HW-DT in Boiler1(HWNatDrft) has Range Checking Violation: Value must be <=70
And here is the offending section in the inp file:
"Boiler1 (HWNatDrft)" = BOILER
TYPE = HW-BOILER
HW-LOOP = "Hot Water Loop"
HW-PUMP = "Boiler1 (HWNatDrft) Pump"
CAPACITY = -4.265
HEAT-INPUT-RATIO = 1.25
..
I cannot reconcile those two messages. Please help!
