[Equest-users] eQ_WthProc error

Here in Latin America with both Windoze 7 and 8 we are getting an obscure error when running eQ_WthProc. A little window pops up with something like

 

7,3 floating point error

 

We are following the instructions precisely.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
