[Equest-users] Oversizing heating and cooling

Hi All,

I think this is simple, but has me hung up a little (overthinking it.):

 

Oversizing the Baseline case (25% heat, 15% cool), is done either at the
plant level or the system level but not both (LEED review comment).

With DX cooling and boilers (say, system 5), can you oversize cooling at
system level and heating at plant (boiler) level? 

I am not too sure how else to do that.
