There is no good way to model an earth air tunnel in DOE-2 or eQUEST. You will need to use other software to calculate the heat transfer to/from the incoming air and then somehow manipulate the incoming OAT in eQUEST (perhaps using either a pseodo-ERV or the OA-FROM-SYSTEM keyword).
I hesitate to say it here but I understand E+ has a EAT model but I haven't played with it.
