[Equest-users] SV-A Report - Cooling Capacity

My apologies if this question has been asked recently.  The total cooling capacity shown on the SV-A reports.  Does this represent the Gross Cooling Capacity or Net Cooling Capacity?
Also, is this the cooling capacity that is used in determining the EIR or should it be another value based on ARI (?) conditions?  Thank you for your time.
