Actually the cooling EIR in the first submittal was 0.2878, which was the
default value from wizard (10 EER) to detailed mode. Then after
recalculation using a different equation, I changed the EIR value from
0.2878 to 0.314. The reviewer raised this same question twice in both
comments.
So I thought maybe the EIR value was not the only evident to prove the fan
power has been broken out and modeled separately.
