Does anyone know if the "Space Heating" value in MBtu/y found on the "Building Energy Performance Summary" includes the heating equipment efficiency?  Or is it calculated without including the heating system equipment efficiency?

Also, does the "Maximum Heating Load" in kBtu/y found on the "Building HVAC Load Summary" include the heating equipment efficiency?
