[Equest-users] New version of eQUEST

They improved the graphics a bit and updated the refrigeration version to 3.65. I haven't played with it too much though so those are the only things I've noticed.

One of the key features that I heard about is a drastic increase to the upper limit of global parameters and other components allowed in a single model. This is especially helpful when modeling a campus, and importing multiple buildings into one model with a central plant.
